  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES FOR MY ORDER TO DISPATCH?

All the orders are usually dispatched within the time frame of 3-4 weeks to 8-10 weeks depending on the order volume. 

 

  •   HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKES?
Delivery time depends on the mode of shipping chosen. Sample deliveries takes 3 to 4 days after dispatch.
For a commercial order, if you have chosen air mode, the delivery can take upto 8 to 10 days after dispatch.
For bigger orders in Sea freight mode, transit time can take anywhere from 15 days to 40 days depending on the and shipping line chosen.
You can also use your own forwarders and courier partners for shipping

Our MOQ depends on the items you are ordering. For large items, the MOQ is 24 pieces and for smaller items, the MOQ can go upto 240 pieces for an order as well.

Our Loading port is NHAVA SHEVA, MUMBAI (INDIA). We also offer CIF Services so you can let us know if you need delivery to your desired sea port and we can customise our quote accordingly.

Yes, please send the materials to our factory before the production. However, we are not responsible for the international delivery cost or any tax.

 

 

  • HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Making a change to your order is only allowed before production, Once your order has been produced, the order cannot be canceled or returned. If you require a small change, you will be charged extra according to the situation.

 

  • HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT IS CORRECT?

Before we produce the products, we double check all the details with you. Then we make a sample. If everything is right, we continue with the production.

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED?

We take full responsibility if any damages happen during the transportation of the goods. All our shipments are insured and if you receive any damaged products, you can file an insurace claim right away at the destination. An inspection agent comes at your site and approves the damages. The insurance claim is then settled at the destination and you get the money against damages. You can also let us know of the damages and we can send you replacement products.
